The Muncy School District is transitioning to an online registration platform for our athletic program. Students and parents will each create their own accounts and link them together; subsequently, those accounts will be used throughout their years of participation in interscholastic athletics (Grades 7-12). This platform will handle school and PIAA physical paperwork, as well as contact information for the coaches. It will be mandatory for everyone to use this system to participate in the athletic program. The website is: https://studentcentral.bigteams.com/
The school district will utilize this online information for registration, allowing us to track who is signed up to play each sport during the fall season. For those participating in subsequent seasons, the recertification form (Section 8) will be emailed to you prior to the start of the next season.
The school district will offer free physicals this year. For the doctor to perform the physical, Sections 1–5 must be completed prior to the physical dates. If these sections are not completed, your student-athlete WILL NOT receive a physical. Section 6 will be uploaded after the exam.
The Student-Athlete Handbook and UPMC Consent forms must be completed before participating in each sport. In order for the forms to be properly completed, each form must be completed and/or signed by the following:
- Section 1 – 4 – Parent
- Section 5, Student Athlete Handbook, and UPMC Consent Forms – Parent and Student
**If you are planning on going to a private physician for your child’s physical, you still must complete Sections 1-5, the Student-Athlete Handbook, and the UPMC Consent forms and upload Section 6 through this online registration platform or turn it into the school nurse.
