  • Remote Learning Due to COVID 19 Workout Log

    Goal: Exercise for 30 minutes 5 days a week.

    • All Physical Activity must be emailed to Ms. Sick at by the Sunday at noon ending that week. All weeks start on a Monday.
      • This can be achieved in numerous ways (Sample Log attached).
        • Logs may be typed in an email with student name and date
          • Example: M- 30 min. walk, T- Basketball with Cierra 30 min, W- 30 min. hike at Glacier Pools, TH- 30 min. run around town, F- 30 min. circuits
        • Students may take a picture of 5 days of physical activity handwritten on lined paper and attach that picture in an email with student name and date
        • Students may use this form (given below) and send in an email
        • Other means may be made possible through contacting the teacher as this is a difficult time. The last thing I want is more stress for you and your student.  Mental health is very important.  The goal of exercising 30 minutes a day is to help with stress, mood, and creativity.
