Directions for Monthly Fitness Challenge
I ask that each student (and their family members) stay active daily. I encourage everyone to participate in the challenges on the calendar or create your own! Have fun with it! Use the "Daily Activity Log" to keep track of your activity and any additional activity than on the calendar. Email me your results at the end of each week. (Saturday, Sunday, or even Monday) BE ACTIVE, BE SMART, STAY SAFE!
