KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR - Please use this link: Kindergarten Registration for online registration. Registration can be completed on any computer with internet access, including your local library. If you do not have access to a computer, please call Mrs. Vickie Conner at 570-546-3129, ext. 1100 to schedule an appointment to begin the pre-registration process using a Muncy School District computer. Please note: All children must be five years of age by the first day of school (tentative first day of school August 30, 2021).

Registration begins by completing forms online at the school district website and is finalized with the school district registrar, Katherine McGuire, who will contact you upon receiving the online forms. Immunization records, documents to show proof of age and residency, and any custody / guardianship documents must be provided to district registrar upon request.
For the 2021-22 school year, registration opens January 11th. To begin the registration process, use this link: Kindergarten Registration

CHIP – Children’s Health Insurance Program
CHIP covers uninsured kids and teens up to age 19. With more than 111,000 uninsured children in Pennsylvania, this is great news for families! CHIP provides quality, comprehensive health insurance for routine doctor visits, prescriptions, dental, eye care, eyeglasses, mental health, and much more. CHIP covers uninsured kids who are not eligible for Medical Assistance. For most families, CHIP is free – for others, it is low cost. For frequently asked questions click on the link below.
